Wow what a great place! I needed two cars, one for me and one for my daughter. I was greeted by Mr. Bob Fisher and I felt comfortable right from the start. I ended up buying a Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned 2008 DTS and my daughter bought a 2006 Toyota Camry. They even got me a very low interest rate on both loans with a local bank. Then a couple of days later I got a thank you call from Bob Fisher, AND one from the Cadillac Manager Brian Langekamp!! This is a first class operation! More

Dave & Ron make you feel very comfortable and welcome at your dealership and apply NO pressure whatsoever on the purchase of a vehicle (new or used). During our most recent purchase,(2002 Turbo), I thought the lug key and mounting plate for the license were missing. Both were replaced without any hesitation only for me to find that they were in fact already in the car! My bust!!! Keep up the great work and I look forward to my next future purchase. Starting my new car search in April I was excited to finally get the car I wanted..By June, no car, just mistrust of any sales deal, skeptical and wary of the rip-off to be. I was pretty worn out and discouraged. Decided to put off buying for a year.. it was too much hassle! Isn't buying a new supposed to exciting and (kind of) fun??? I knew what I wanted in my car, I did my research, I knew what was a fair price and what was a great price. Internet-savvy, I decided to just let Justine know how frustrated and annoyed I was with the process of getting a new car in one of our emails. She was patient in the process, and stuck with me. She was UPFRONT with the price.. from the start (and a very good price) honest with the trade-in info and financing. She answered all my questions. The process of buying a new car, my new subaru, became a joy to me again, and I got the impreza I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay, and felt respected at the dealership. I was stunned at the lack of hassle, the ease and the painlessness of buying a new car. So much so that my husband bought a second subaru the next week. Thanks, Napleton Rockford!! This has been, by far, the best auto buying experience of my life. Sales people were knowledgeable and helpful. Sales Manager was friendly and also very helpful.
