◙◙◙ UPDATE ◙◙◙ I called Napleton. Spoke with Service Mgr. Chad. No one from dealership reached out. I sort of expected an apology for beating up my car, never got one. Original issues persist & worse now. Chad offered to have car back for repair. He would supervise. I explained my loss of trust in them over 3 visits. I could only visit Napletons again under 3 conditions: 1. Napletons does NOT test drive my car without me present. 2. Napletons does NOT wash my car in their car wash. 3. I connect a few Go-Pro cameras to my car chassis to keep "repairs" honest & legit. Cams will NOT be in way & NOT interfere with mechanic. Chad declined. I think that says it all. It speaks for itself. Of course, I won't return after what they did. Only been weeks since I bought this car. Repairs are scheduled elsewhere. Then I trade Napletons lemon away. Estimated loss about $8000 dollars. Pretty low down despicable dealership IMO.
