Again she worked diligently to ensure we received the best trade-in value and made sure our new car was everything we wanted. A couple of days after we took delivery of our vehicle, Justine surprised me at work with a dozen cupcakes to thank us for our loyalty. We recently purchased our third Cadillac from Justine. By now, she knows exactly what we like to the point we handled the entire sale via text. When we showed up to do the paperwork, our XT5 was absolutely everything we wanted! As we were ready to leave, Justine put her special touch on the transaction and sent me on our way with a dozen roses. Great Experience I walked into this dealer to inquire about a used truck I saw on their lot. I was approached and welcomed right away by J.R. Henry. After some discuss I walked into this dealer to inquire about a used truck I saw on their lot. I was approached and welcomed right away by J.R. Henry. After some discussion, it was clear that the deal I needed was going to be a tough sell. I had strict boundaries on budget and payments, including working with an upside down trade in vehicle. Mr. Henry was great. He involved the managers right away to make sure our deal would be possible before wasting either of our times, and to make sure the truck I wanted was available for sale. It had just been traded onto the lot the day prior, and hadn't even been cleaned up or fully inspected. After sitting with Mr. Henry for some time, it became clear that he genuinely cared about making this deal work for me, on my terms. Not only did I drive my new truck home, clean and detailed, but I walked out with financing and payments that were within my budget as requested. Mr. Henry and their finance manager worked vigorously to find financing that was right for me, and the terms of my deal are very good. The dealership was overall very clean and friendly, constantly making sure my comfort was attained. The process may have taken a little longer than I had anticipated, but the deal I needed was going to take some time. I am completely satisfied with Mr. J.R. Henry and the entire Napleton team. Hopefully I don't need another vehicle for some time, but I will recommend this dealership to others! More
