If i could leave a negative review i would......Never use the service department at this dealer! I have a metallic clicking noise coming from someplace in or near my engine. After doing some reasearch i re the service department at this dealer! I have a metallic clicking noise coming from someplace in or near my engine. After doing some reasearch i realized there was an open recall on my vehicle related to an exhaust manifold issue. The symptoms of this matched my problem perfectly. I brought the car in explained my situation and was told that the symptoms i was describing would not be due to that recall issue, but they would "take a look." My recall was serviced and i have a report that states they examined everything and fixed the problem....actually stated there was no problem. I would have to pay about $200 for a diagnostic to try to figure out the noise......fast forward, i go to another dealer 40 miles away to have a second opinion. They find the exhaust problem and state NAPLETONS DID NOT FIX OR EXAMINE THIS ISSUE.....had they done what they claimed to have done, they would have seen a clear issue and replaced the parts indicated in the recall. Literal textbook FRAUD by Napletons subaru service department, claiming and documenting work that they did not do. DO NOT GO HERE, if you do, the outcome and safety implications are on you. More

NEVER & I mean NEVER go here or any Napelton auto to purchase a vehicle it was the WORST decision I ever made!!! I purchased a vehicle and not even 30 days of having the vehicle I had to take the vehicl purchase a vehicle it was the WORST decision I ever made!!! I purchased a vehicle and not even 30 days of having the vehicle I had to take the vehicle in for service. I was given a filthy loaner car with no windshield fluid and needed an oil change. Two days later they called to tell me that something happened with my vehicle on their watch and that it will cost approximately $1100 to fix it (issues totally unrelated to service order)because I didn’t purchase the extended warranty it’s on me even though it did not happen on my watch. Can you say PISSED 😡!Ryan in service was no help Gary and service was no help also the general manager Jeff was a real jerk! Please don’t waste your hard earned money or time. I will be calling the BBB. More

I replaced it myself and the noise that the mechanic said was not a wheel bearing went away. They told us we had bumper to bumper coverage till we went to use it, then we had motor and trans. BEWARE!!!! More
