I passed on my dream car color for my dream car. I had fallen in love with Subarus in 1991, when I learned to drive in an ‘88 Legacy stick shift, and again in 2003 when my mother bought an Outback (f I had fallen in love with Subarus in 1991, when I learned to drive in an ‘88 Legacy stick shift, and again in 2003 when my mother bought an Outback (for herself). I knew I wanted one when I “grew up”, if that ever happened. I bought a used ‘05 Outback in 2012 and was very happy with it. Then, I won a car in a raffle. In favor of a new car with no damage (the ‘05 has been in an accident prior to ‘12 that we were unaware of when we purchased it) I sold the Outback. Within four months (really, 4 minuets) I decided I wanted an Outback again. So, car shopping began, my husband insisted on looking at other options, including a Chevy. They had just come out with a beautiful green (my favorite color!) with a black interior. I was enamored, but only with the color. I went with substance over flash. Subaru was truly the only choice (but, that green!) and I know I made the right decision. Mike Fisher and the team at Napleton in Rockford made purchasing my dream car easy and enjoyable. So, thanks to Mike, I now have a car I feel comfortable, confident, and safe in. However, should Subaru come out with a green that has a black interior, I might just have to trade up! More

Great service start to finish I found a 2015 Camaro that we were interested in on Cargurus that was a thousand miles away. I submitted a contact request to the dealer, Napleton Aut I found a 2015 Camaro that we were interested in on Cargurus that was a thousand miles away. I submitted a contact request to the dealer, Napleton Autowerks and received a prompt reply from Internet Sales Specialist Brenna Walant. Brenna answered all of the questions that I had about the car. Then she contacted her manager to assist with this being an out-of-state purchase and I had some questions on that. We agreed on a fair price when Sales Mgr Scott Nicoll called me with the details of the transaction and also offered his assistance with shipping the vehicle. Certified Sales Consultant Justine Brugger took over from there and provided us with all of the necessary paperwork and timely support we needed to make the purchase stress-free. The car was picked up by the transporter @ Napleton on time and delivered to us as agreed. All communications with Napleton were clear and timely throughout the entire process and each member of the team was professional, helpful and a pleasure to work with. More
