Wouldn't recommend the dealership but the salesman was GREAT My husband and I went in to test drive a vehicle we saw online. We were told that a salesman would have to accompany us on the ride. Our salesman w My husband and I went in to test drive a vehicle we saw online. We were told that a salesman would have to accompany us on the ride. Our salesman was busy finishing a deal and offered another salesman to take a drive with us. This young man who proceeded to talk during the ride, direct me where I should drive, and tried to convince me that it is State Law that they must accompany us made the test drive nothing more than a trip around the block. Considering we have purchased several cars in Illinois and have NEVER had to have someone accompany us on the drive I had to question the validity of that. Not only did they have to go along with us for the ride but our salesman had to drive the vehicle to our service shop for a pre-purchase check. What an absolute waste of my time and the salesman's time. Fortunately, our salesman Jeff made this inconvenience as easy as possible. He really tried to work with our timeline and availability to get the deal done. Jeff was very knowledgeable, thoughtful, responsive, and quick with his follow up. It was obvious that he understand the business and makes it a win/win for the customer. I would definitely suggest working with Jeff in spite of his company's policy regarding ride-a-longs. You will find him worth it. More
