On the first day, I worked with Ken who showed me a few options and was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy when I decided to take 24 hours to think about a vehicle.. after taking myself, and later my husband on a test drive. He was not going to be at work and introduced us to Nick who could not have been more accommodating the next day when I called to say I was going into the city, and would be back later in the evening to look again. Nick was straightforward, helpful and knew his stuff (even when I called and had numerous questions the few days after my purchase), as well as sales manager Damien. I mentioned that with the baby being so close, I wasn’t interested in the typical back and forth game that some dealerships play and either needed to purchase this vehicle, or move onto another dealership. Nick and Damien understood this sentiment, and we quickly settled on a price for my trade and the new vehicle, and I drove home without feeling like we had a marathon of negotiation. I could not have had a better experience at Napleton Cadillac, and would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone in the market looking for great vehicles, helpful staff and straightforward pricing.
