During the test drive he did an excellent job of demonstrating the EyeSight driver-assistance safety systems to me and pointing out features of the car. When I picked up the car he spent time going over all the features, how to use them, and pointing out things that are a little confusing to new owners or different than my previous car. After the delivery he has followed up several times to ensure everything is going fine and to see if I had any questions. More

This one was different; we handled almost the entire process via e-mail which was much less stressful than the usual haggling in person. When I came in for the actual purchase I found the entire team friendly, gracious and courteous. On the first day, I worked with Ken who showed me a few options and was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy when I decided to take 24 hours to think about a vehicle.. after taking myself, and later my husband on a test drive. He was not going to be at work and introduced us to Nick who could not have been more accommodating the next day when I called to say I was going into the city, and would be back later in the evening to look again. Nick was straightforward, helpful and knew his stuff (even when I called and had numerous questions the few days after my purchase), as well as sales manager Damien. I mentioned that with the baby being so close, I wasn’t interested in the typical back and forth game that some dealerships play and either needed to purchase this vehicle, or move onto another dealership. Nick and Damien understood this sentiment, and we quickly settled on a price for my trade and the new vehicle, and I drove home without feeling like we had a marathon of negotiation.
