Watching other sale people one can see Napleton Subaru is well managed . This is why I returned for my 2nd purchase of a Outback and my 1st 2010 Forester still running strong ( wifes car ) . Tim has been outstanding to work with on both occasions. He took time to explain details of the car in terms my parents (who are not necessarily familiar with all the new technology with cars today) could easily understand. Comfortable, friendly, fantastic I went in to look at a car I thought I had my heart set on. I got to test drive it but was told I wouldn’t be able to get it. J.R., Gary and Nick were quick to let me know they were going to do everything they could to make sure I didn’t have to leave with my car that was a hunk of junk. They fantastic to work with. J.R. listened to every need I had and made sure I never got discouraged even when the car I thought I wanted, I couldnt get. I actually walked out with a car 8 years newer, less miles and still in my price range! They even threw in free car washes forever! I will definitely be back for all my car needs.
