Flew into Chicago. Dealer had a driver at airport to pick me and my wife up. Drove us to the Porsche store in Rockford. Met Troy and he went over my new Macan with me . I ordered a Macan T from them. It took a few months to get in. My salesman kept giving me status updates which was nice. The day it arrived Troy called me and said it’s here! We set up a delivery date and and a few days later they pulled up with my car in a covered trailer with my car fully detailed. I live 2 hours away. We signed papers at my kitchen table, he showed me the car and paired the phone. An hour later and they left. I had to call Troy with a few questions after and he immediately answered. Awesome experience. More
The salesman I dealt with was rude and abrasive during the negotiation. I ended up buying a car from them and trading my car in to them. They did not live up to certain commitments they made to me regard the negotiation. I ended up buying a car from them and trading my car in to them. In the financing office they decided their payoff was wrong and charged me more money then the contract stated. More
Once you buy the vehicle all the good customer service is gone. Don’t expect any future help unless your looking to purchase another new vehicle. The service department is awful. If i could leave a negative review i would......Never use the service department at this dealer! I have a metallic clicking noise coming from someplace in or near my engine. After doing some reasearch i re the service department at this dealer! I have a metallic clicking noise coming from someplace in or near my engine. After doing some reasearch i realized there was an open recall on my vehicle related to an exhaust manifold issue. The symptoms of this matched my problem perfectly. I brought the car in explained my situation and was told that the symptoms i was describing would not be due to that recall issue, but they would "take a look." My recall was serviced and i have a report that states they examined everything and fixed the problem....actually stated there was no problem. I would have to pay about $200 for a diagnostic to try to figure out the noise......fast forward, i go to another dealer 40 miles away to have a second opinion. They find the exhaust problem and state NAPLETONS DID NOT FIX OR EXAMINE THIS ISSUE.....had they done what they claimed to have done, they would have seen a clear issue and replaced the parts indicated in the recall. Literal textbook FRAUD by Napletons subaru service department, claiming and documenting work that they did not do. DO NOT GO HERE, if you do, the outcome and safety implications are on you. More

NEVER & I mean NEVER go here or any Napelton auto to purchase a vehicle it was the WORST decision I ever made!!! I purchased a vehicle and not even 30 days of having the vehicle I had to take the vehicle in for service. I was given a filthy loaner car with no windshield fluid and needed an oil change. Two days later they called to tell me that something happened with my vehicle on their watch and that it will cost approximately $1100 to fix it (issues totally unrelated to service order)because I didn’t purchase the extended warranty it’s on me even though it did not happen on my watch. Can you say PISSED 😡!Ryan in service was no help Gary and service was no help also the general manager Jeff was a real jerk! Please don’t waste your hard earned money or time. I will be calling the BBB. More
