Above and beyond! Listen, my wife and I thought we knew what we wanted but, unfortunately, we became nightmare customers who flip-flopped our needs and wants for three Listen, my wife and I thought we knew what we wanted but, unfortunately, we became nightmare customers who flip-flopped our needs and wants for three days. In the end we where handled with great care and patience by Gary Judd. After (finally) zeroing in on the perfect car (2018 CR-V) Gary handed us over to Rob, the sales manager, who greeted us with warmth and a hearty handshake. The nuts and bolts where handled carefully by salesman, Matt; who’s sense of humor was on point-think dry British comedy mixed with 1990’s Dave Attel stand up. Needless to say, we had a great experience and, as I write this, we drove our new Honda to the middle of Wisconsin pulling our camper and throughing all the equipment on top of the roof racks (that they put on at a moments notice!). Thanks guys, and thanks Napletons! More

Pleasant, Comfortable and Comprehensive This is my second SUV that I have gotten from this dealership. The reason I came back was for the very reason of the title of my review. All the peo This is my second SUV that I have gotten from this dealership. The reason I came back was for the very reason of the title of my review. All the people that I dealt with were new to me. The former salesman retired. As soon as I came in the door, I was greeted by smiles from Justine Brugger and JR Henry. I felt from the very beginning that this not going to be a high pressure sale. I was returning a SUV of which the lease was expiring. I was explaining what I thought I wanted to do. They then explained options of buying, leasing again or purchasing my SUV that I was returning. The options were thoroughly explained. I did not make any decisions on that day but came back a couple of days later and looked at vehicles in the lot. Ken Baylor came out and showed us some of the vehicles. I had dealt with Ken a few years ago when we leased our 2015 SRX. After talking to JR and Justine, a couple of options of choice and price were given that my wife and I liked. Demian who is in charge of pricing came out and was introduced to us. After some back and forth pricing options, we settled on an XT-5 that was the one that we wanted. That Friday afternoon, the process to lease began. Most all of the paperwork was completed that afternoon along with logging in to the Cadillac app. Not being a computer whiz, Justine took care of a lot of that while JR was handling other paperwork. The financial paperwork was handled by Jim Horst. We went into his office and everything went smoothly with everything being explained completely. The only thing left was to come Saturday morning to pick up the SUV. Justine got that rolling for clean up and prep. The next day the XT-5 was sitting out front all ready to go - clean and sparkly. All the staff came out to greet us, thank us, and wish us well with our XT-5. JR spent an extended period of time telling about all the features and how they worked. As with our past experience, the staff at Napleton was very helpful throughout the whole process. I have received emails from Justine and phone calls from JR offering help on any questions or problems we might have with the XT-5. Very good dealership. I will come again and recommend them highly. More
