Above and beyond! Listen, my wife and I thought we knew what we wanted but, unfortunately, we became nightmare customers who flip-flopped our needs and wants for three Listen, my wife and I thought we knew what we wanted but, unfortunately, we became nightmare customers who flip-flopped our needs and wants for three days. In the end we where handled with great care and patience by Gary Judd. After (finally) zeroing in on the perfect car (2018 CR-V) Gary handed us over to Rob, the sales manager, who greeted us with warmth and a hearty handshake. The nuts and bolts where handled carefully by salesman, Matt; who’s sense of humor was on point-think dry British comedy mixed with 1990’s Dave Attel stand up. Needless to say, we had a great experience and, as I write this, we drove our new Honda to the middle of Wisconsin pulling our camper and throughing all the equipment on top of the roof racks (that they put on at a moments notice!).
