I felt as if he genuinely cared about me and my purchase, rather than just the commission. The finance department was also wonderful. They were able to get me down to the car payment that I wanted, all while making sure I was comfortable with my decision. Going into a day of car shopping today was not a joyous occasion. However, Napleton made the whole process as easy on me as I feel that they could have. I will recommend them to any friends or family I know that are buying a vehicle in the future.
