If I could give zero stars I would First of all, the reviews on the front page that you see are mostly from the employees there. Very displeased with this experience, all they are aft First of all, the reviews on the front page that you see are mostly from the employees there. Very displeased with this experience, all they are after is your money. I brought my Mercedes to get some things fixed and they held on to the vehicle from June til October. That’s FOUR months!!! Joe Durant from service was the one ‘helping’ me with the vehicle and he was the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with. Every time I would call to get an update, he was of no help, very rude, and he would just feed me any excuse in the book just to get rid of me. On top of this, in September one of the sales men had the audacity to call (the only phone call I received from the dealership) and try to get me to upgrade my car to a newer car, trying to make some money off of me, when they’ve held onto my vehicles for 3 months at that point. You can just imagine my frustration. Once I told Joe I only wanted to speak to his manager from now on, and that I would leave a bad review due to this experience, the car was fixed in less than 2 days. I’ve never written a bad review about any place, but this place truly deserves for people to know what kind of xxxx they are dealing with. DON’T GO HERE. More
