Searching the internet one evening I came across Napleton Auto Werks in Schererville, Indiana and didn't realize just how close to Chicago they were. I decided I would give Mercedes one more shot and I'm glad I did! From the time I walked in the door and was greeted with a big warm smile and handshake from Larry until I walked out and was thanked for my business from the general manager I felt like they really cared about getting me not only what I wanted but also what I really needed. Hats off to Greg in finance for making sure I took advantage of the auto pay and star service both saving me money. Well worth the trip and not a long one at that. More
