I have always been apprehensive of taking my car to the dealer for service. Until recently i have always taken my car to a dealer in Illinois for service and was always felt uneasy with the snooty attit dealer for service. A friend of mine bought her car at Napleton and has it serviced regularly there and she couldnt have been more persuasive for me to service my car there too. She introduced me to Rob in service and right away he made me feel comfortable and important. I told him it was my first time to this dealership so he asked me if i wanted a bottle of water and then gave me a small tour of the dealership, introducing me to some of the staff along the way. My service was completed in about an hour and a half, which was shorter than Rob initially told me, and to top if off my car was cleaned inside and out. Its very hard to find good customer service and Rob has made me a believer in this dealership... Thanks again... April More

I visited a number of dealers in the Chicago area looking to buy a new Mercedes and was appalled at the low level of customer service i received compared to my previous experiences with both Bmw ans Lexus. I to buy a new Mercedes and was appalled at the low level of customer service i received compared to my previous experiences with both Bmw ans Lexus. I began to believe what I had heard, Mercedes dealers are arrogant. Searching the internet one evening I came across Napleton Auto Werks in Schererville, Indiana and didn't realize just how close to Chicago they were. I decided I would give Mercedes one more shot and I'm glad I did! From the time I walked in the door and was greeted with a big warm smile and handshake from Larry until I walked out and was thanked for my business from the general manager I felt like they really cared about getting me not only what I wanted but also what I really needed. Hats off to Greg in finance for making sure I took advantage of the auto pay and star service both saving me money. Well worth the trip and not a long one at that. More
