I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was referred by my nephew, (who was also a customer of Rick's), because he knew that I needed a vehicle. I went to the website and saw what I wanted and Rick, along with the Finance Manager, Tom made it happen. They were GREAT! On a scale of 1-10, they'd get a 20 hands down. Great place to find a car. My Schererville Napleton Experience My Salesperson was Dan Dimitri and I had been looking at Mercedes online for about a month trying to compare them with other dealerships, which doesnt My Salesperson was Dan Dimitri and I had been looking at Mercedes online for about a month trying to compare them with other dealerships, which doesnt really work because you need to be there. So my husband and I went looking. Upon arrival we met the GM, Roland who directed us to Dan. Dan was a nice and friendly guy who explained all the features that the vehilce we were looking at had to offer. Needless to say, after all was said and done, we purchased the GLA250 and could not be more pleased. The overall experience was fantastic, really. More

Volkswagen Beetle , 6.Acura CL 7.Volkswagon Routine 8. Lexus Rs 9.ml350.10 Honda.Accord. My -11th- car I bought was C300 i am so loyal of a customer I would pay the EXTRA money to have my car towed all the way to there dealer to get it fixed when it broke even though I was in Chicago or further away and there were multiple Mercedes dealers on the way I could have had my car taken to ,so recently my car broke down so I had it towed to there dealer they replaced the starter under warranty when I picked the car up , I drove down the road and noticed my whole steering wheel was shaking every which way so I called the service advisor right away Gary and explained to him that I don't think they put the car back together right after the repair , he told me "that's fine just bring the car by when you can" I explained to him I don't think it was safe to drive the car so later he called me said he can get me a loaner car so I had the car taken there again they looked at it again and told me I need a new steering Column i gave the car to them with no problems besides the starter when I picked it up the steering wheel was shaking and moving every which the vehicle was dropped off issuer free of steering they even marked it on paper that steering had no issues on this vehicle I put the car there in perfect condition with no mechanical issues they damaged my car there and now refuse to fix it I haves reached out to Mark and the GM Roland and they haven't even botherd to get back to me i reached out to MB and no one is getting back to me. I have gave all my business and my hard earned money to this dealership and I guess I don't even deserve as much as a phone call back from anyone I don't know what's worse how I was treated or that they damaged my vehicle and refuse to fix it and I'm stuck paying more for a rental car then my car payment is jaajaajaa@icloud.com More

When I was checking paperwork later in the month after deal was done they wrote everything up for a higher price. I discussed with Sales Manager (Matt) and GM (Roland). Both were unwilling to revisit the mistake and as a result basically stole a few thousand dollars from me. Beware of bad business practices and make sure you double check any paperwork before signing. Better yet go to a different dealership. More
My service advisor was Armando Bautista. He was very professional and displayed a connection with his customers. All of my issues and concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. He was also full of ent professional and displayed a connection with his customers. All of my issues and concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. NEVER, EVER, EVER GIVE THESE LYING, GREEDY " PEOPLE" A DIME OF YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. THEY WILL RIP. YOU. OFF. They sold us a car under completely false and hostile pretenses - they promised mu PEOPLE" A DIME OF YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. THEY WILL RIP. YOU. OFF. They sold us a car under completely false and hostile pretenses - they promised multiple times to fix the cause of a check engine light (we would NEVER have bought the car otherwise). The car will not pass emissions which means it's worthless - it should never have been offered for sale in that condition and they knew it. We've been going round and round with them for months and now they are insisting we pay half the repairs. To make the whole situation even worse, they never return phone calls - we had to chase them down every single time. It also must be a job requirement for management to be complete a**%$&@s. The recently fired manager Charles was exactly what you picture when thinking about a smarmy used car salesman and unfortunately, his replacement Chris, is no better. After our first attempt at resolving the issue, the salesman told us we should come back in a year so he could get us out of "that jalopy" (are Mercedes' often referred to as jalopies?) Too bad the car won't last 4 months, much less a year. He also recently told us he was afraid of losing his job if he didn't sell us that car because Charles insisted on getting rid of it. We've purchased a car from a Napleton dealership in the past and had a typical car-buying experience - it's never the most fun you'll ever have. Maybe it's just this dealership and the people who run it. Or maybe the company itself has changed in the last few years. Either way, STAY AWAY FROM NAPLETON AUTOWERKS!!! More
I brought my volvo in for work. I would be charged $140 to have the work complete. After two hours of waiting, it was not fixed. I was still charged $140 and said it would be an additional $900 to fix. I to have the work complete. After two hours of waiting, it was not fixed. After coming home and calling the volvo 800 no., I gave them my vin no., and they said it was under warranty for another year and I should not have paid a dime. ( It was a electrical issue, which is still under warranty) Have called this dealer about five times to get money back and they keep putting me off!! Do not buy here. At least do not get service here. TERRIBLE!!! More
Misdiagnosed my car to the tune of $3000! They said my car needed a new computer when it only needed a $100 sensor. Thankfully I know enough about cars to know they were trying to rip me off. Avoid the service department like the plague. When I told them they were WRONG they said " are you a trained Benz technician? " ? Well... I know more than your mechanic does ! Because I fixed it myself. However, I do believe the mechanic knew EXACTLY what he was trying to do.... SCAM ME OUT OF $3000. More
