My experience with Napleton Jaguar was, simply put, exceptional. My service advisor is Samantha Hamilton (notice, I did not say "was" as she will be the person I contact first when my Jaguar needs service) and she is an asset to your organization. All of my concerns and service needs were addressed promptly and professionally and completed in a timely manner. My faith in automotive dealership service departments has been restored thanks to Sam and her coworkers. More

Shout Out for Juan Barnes About 5 months after purchasing a 2017 preowned Jaguar at Napleton I sent an email to my salesman Juan Barnes to see if he could get me a second key f About 5 months after purchasing a 2017 preowned Jaguar at Napleton I sent an email to my salesman Juan Barnes to see if he could get me a second key fob for my vehicle. I had been given only one key fob at the time of purchase and was told that was all there was for the vehicle I had just purchased. Juan took my email to his General Manager and got approval to get me a second key fob. He then made arrangements with the Jaguar dealer in my hometown (in another State over 3 hours away) to get the key fob synchronized to my vehicle at no cost to me. My compliments to Juan relate to his efforts to get this done as the process, without getting into detail, did not go smoothly or quickly. Juan however stayed on top of things and kept me informed. I really appreciated Juan's efforts to help me because I was not a local resident and this was something that I was asking for well after the sale had been made. In my opinion, Juan Barnes knows the true meaning of customer service. More

Memorable Evening I had been looking at a specific Mercedes-Benz, on their lot, for a couple weeks. Unfortunately I was busy and was only able to look at it on Sundays I had been looking at a specific Mercedes-Benz, on their lot, for a couple weeks. Unfortunately I was busy and was only able to look at it on Sundays (dealership is closed on Sundays) So I decided to stop in on a snowy February evening, with my wife. I wanted to surprise her and I did. Jason Price was my dealer and he was great to work with. It was a memorable night for several reasons. Snowing very hard (service cleaned the snow off the car twice for us), surprised my wife with the Mercedes-Benz, and took the car home that night. Jason answered every question we had and since we were new to the Mercedes family he informed us quite extensively about their products. We could tell Jason liked his job. After deciding this was the car we wanted, Tracy Harrington proceeded with all the financing and related paperwork Tracy explained every form we had to sign. More

very rude and unprofessional I went to get a quote for a Mercedes and Volvo... First, they were not friendly, I did not feel welcome in the dealership at all. The worst part st I went to get a quote for a Mercedes and Volvo... First, they were not friendly, I did not feel welcome in the dealership at all. The worst part started when it came to calculating the trade-in value for my current car which was purchased in Canada and transferred to USA. As everybody knows, Canadian and USA units are different.... Odometer is in Kilometer in Canada. When I moved to USA, service center changed it to Mile. My car had about 26000 Km when I was in Canada. Converting that mile, this number had reduced to around 14900 miles. They noticed this simple change in the car record and immediately started accusing me to tampering the odometer.... insultingly they offered to pay 1000 $ for my car because it has tampered odometer!!! It was very funny because I already had 9000$ offer from another dealer. So, be very careful if you want to trade-in your car at this dealership. They do whatever they can to bring your car value down. Very unprofessionally. More
