Now also good service high VW prices Took my 2014 Passat in for an oil change & an assessment of any needed or recommended service. The recommended list was 5 or 6 items & totaled over $1 Took my 2014 Passat in for an oil change & an assessment of any needed or recommended service. The recommended list was 5 or 6 items & totaled over $1,000.00. My experience with VW dealerships since 1980 is that they are all high priced when it comes to service. $70 for an oil change is high but fortunately you don't need one very often. The service associate was polite & helpful & explaned everything well. I will continue to use this dealer for important things but shop for more reasonable rates on other stuff. I have no complaint with the quality of the work, or the length of time to perform it. More
