High pressure fuel pump warranty repair It took a few visits to get the car to cooperate and show the fault code. Once the fault code was stored in the system and the technician was able to It took a few visits to get the car to cooperate and show the fault code. Once the fault code was stored in the system and the technician was able to perform a diagnostic, it was smooth sailing. The great thing is that they won’t charge you for the diagnostic if the code doesn’t present itself and also if the problem is under warranty. Just some piece of mind knowing you aren’t out money just for showing up. More

Quick issue with charge points in the vehicle. I was provided excellent customer service; including use of my salesman's personal vehicle as a loaner while the shop had my vehicle and the shop took I was provided excellent customer service; including use of my salesman's personal vehicle as a loaner while the shop had my vehicle and the shop took care of my issue even though it did not reach the deductible for my Certified Pre-Owned warranty. They also seemed happy to get right to work on my issue even though I had not made an appointment. I highly recommend this shop. More

Relieable VW Service Staff was great and courteous. I went to Napleton VW to keep everything OEM in my wifes 16 Jetta. Great car buying experience...so we thought Rob went above and beyond to get us the best deal he could on a used car for our daughter. The thermostat went out a couple days after buying and Ron Rob went above and beyond to get us the best deal he could on a used car for our daughter. The thermostat went out a couple days after buying and Ron made sure it was taken care of even though we bought “as is”. EDIT- car continued to overheat, was taken to their service department 4 times in first 30 days. Was told to take to Corwin Dodge so the “experts” could diagnose. Was finally told it needed engine replaced due to warped heads. Napleton did put an engine in it that had 38,000 more miles than the one in it saying was all they could find (not true, Corwin found one with 20,000 more than original).. Was told we could not return car because it had been more than 90 days, even thought it was in the shop for more than 60 of the first 90 days. Either the engine had to be replaced due to incompetence of their service department not properly diagnosing/fixing problem or they sold a car with bad engine, I feel service department didn’t properly fix, considering other issues we had with them putting in the engine and leaving tools in the engine, not putting shield on correctly, and damaging other parts that Corwin Dodge fixed on Napleton’s dime. I would NOT recommend them and DEFINITELY do not use their service department unless you want ripped off and more damage done to your car! More
