Working with Bill was a great experience. There was some mechanical issues with the car my daughter wanted and he worked to get it taken care of. I called Bill and he has done an amazing job working with me to get the oil issue fixed and Springfield Imports is covering the cost! If you want a REAL salesman who cares about more than himself Bill is who you want as your salesman. He has been amazing and I would recommend him if you want what a sales person is supposed to be....not what you normally get with a slick salesman!!!! Customer service is terrible. Did not feel valued as a potential new customer. We were basically told we wanted to much car for the price we wanted to spend. We DID purchase a 2012 Jetta... at the dealers potential new customer. We were basically told we wanted to much car for the price we wanted to spend. We DID purchase a 2012 Jetta... at the dealership down the road, not at Springfield Volkswagen. And we purchased it at the price point we wanted. My family would not recommend Springfield Volkswagen to anyone! We had a bad experience there and will not be going back. More
