Finding the needle in the hay stack. I was in the market for a TDI with a 6 speed. Searched all around and there were only 5 within a 500mile radius with lower miles 2 of them being at Na I was in the market for a TDI with a 6 speed. Got in contact with Josh, He went above and beyond to make sure I was interested in the car before I made the drive to Napleton. I arrived greeted within the first 5min of being on the lot. (Not the typical car salesman atmosphere) everyone was nice and low pressure atmosper. Josh stayed and took care of all my questions. I bought the car before it could make it through detail. He stayed after hours and helped the detail guy get it ready. The next day I noticed some door dings on the car that I was unable to see previously. Got in contact with Josh and he took care of it. I was very impressed with Josh and the whole process. Highly recommend Josh and the whole crew in the sales department at Naplton. More

We were originally wanting to test drive but after a couple question, he was able to ask me what I would like my payments to be at and he made it happen. We even went at the end part of a hectic day but the service was still friendly and simple. They even were able to defer my down payment to send me home with the car even though the bank was closed. Overall, this was the most easy car buying process I’ve been through with great customer service. Even after I’ve bought the car I’m still getting great service to see if there’s anything else I’m needing. More
