If I could give zero stars, I would’ve. The sales team, management and service dept are an embarrassment. The incompetence that flows through this dealership is off the charts. The owners/management don’t management and service dept are an embarrassment. The incompetence that flows through this dealership is off the charts. The owners/management don’t care about anything except their own wallets. They have zero confidence in Nissan that they themselves drive a different brand of car. I recently had my vehicle in Nissan of Naples shop, I have never dealt with people who have no clue what they are doing my vehicle had died out on me on the road and oncoming traffic with my children in have never dealt with people who have no clue what they are doing my vehicle had died out on me on the road and oncoming traffic with my children in the car this is the second vehicle I’ve had with Nissan that the transmission have blown and it’s only a 2017 I have a warranty on the vehicle extended I was a couple thousand miles over my warranty and they still did nothing about it they also told me that the car dealership gave me the wrong key fobs and I’ve been driving around like that this is the worst customer service noches with Nissan in Naples but Nissan in general! I would never buy another Nissan car again they are unsafe their customer service is poor And they care nothing about their customers their cars are pieces of xxxx and it is the second one I’ve owned and both transmissions have blown on me! Please do yourself a favor and never purchase or deal with this company again Nissan is a piece of crap More

Jim Wilson ensured the car was ready, called to confirm and made the payment process quick and easy. David (driver) was excellent and friendly. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Previous maintenance: Jim Wilson was good. The car was washed. (1st time NISSAN washed it after servicing it in last 4-5 visits. ((included Southern Va and my first visit / Oil Change at this Dealership.)) ** We are planning to trade this car in come January, and dependent on the Service Department is where we buy our next car. More

Had an appointment this morning and was extremely disappointed with the service today. I asked for my vehicle to be fixed. Two hours later I was given the diagnostics. Which wasn’t what I asked. I as disappointed with the service today. I asked for my vehicle to be fixed. Two hours later I was given the diagnostics. Which wasn’t what I asked. I asked for it to be fixed from its TPMS error. As this happened, I saw other customers come in and leave one by one, probably saw more than 10-15 vehicles have whatever was “wrong” with them get fixed. Terrible wait time, terrible service. My question is why I paid $170.00 for a diagnostic that I didn’t asked for???? More
