I am a regular customer of John Marazzi Nissan Naples FL, so I know what to expect before bringing my car in for any service. There is always a wait time but my time went over 30 minutes as I was told approx so I know what to expect before bringing my car in for any service. There is always a wait time but my time went over 30 minutes as I was told approx. 1 hr 30 min. and actually it was 2 hrs. A oil change and an alignment is what I was having done this time. This could be due to the fact it was around 1:00 PM and Service Men having a lunch break? Nadine is always courteous and told me if I needed to go anywhere she could have it arranged with someone to take me. When I leave the Service Dept. I am always happy with the performance of my Pathfinder. Thank-you ALL. More
I purchased this car about 2 years ago. I had previously purchased cars from Rob Fontano when he was at Marazzi Totota, and because of the experience with him I decided to try a Nissan. Will Barrios was the salesman that I dealt with and found to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my selection, and Brian Del Negro in the business office explained everything in detail about the financing of an automobile and the different ways to protect my investment. I have always had my vehicles serviced at the dealer where I made the purchase, and still continue that practice at Marazzi Nissan. My latest experience at this dealership (an oil change and tire rotation) was just as good as all the others. Juan Lopez, one of the service advisors, let me know about a nail in one of my tires and advised me of the cost of repair instead of completing the repair and then presenting me with the bill as some other dealers may have done. I would recommend this dealer to anyone purchasing or servicing a vehicle because of the people that work here - this is my fifth vehicle purchased from them. More

For my first visit to get my oil change, my experience was average. The first man who assisted me was not the friendliest person. The wait was longer than I was told. Went for an oil change, dealt with service writer juan lopez. Very friendly man, very courteous and helpful. Also wrote a great deal, was very happy with the experience. I was given a rental car, which I did not expect. I was told 2 hours and it was 2 hours! It is nice to get more than expected. We had new tires, an alignment, oil change, and new wipers. Went in for an oil change. Was told it would be appx 45 minutes. Told Juan it was important to be out asap so I could spend time with my daughter who was leaving for college the next day. Nadine was my advisor. It was my first oil change on a new 2011 Altima. I had a promotional coupon that had expired, but she processed it as it was my first service.
