Horrible Quality of Work About 6 months ago, I purchased a Nissan 370z from Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland, Florida. Since I live in Naples, after 3000 miles I decided to take my About 6 months ago, I purchased a Nissan 370z from Jenkins Nissan in Lakeland, Florida. Since I live in Naples, after 3000 miles I decided to take my car to Naples Nissan for a Full Synthetic oil change. I was in and out with what I THOUGHT to be no problems. I left for college at UCF. After 2000 more miles, my car began to smoke at a stop light. I took it in right away to Sutherlin Nissan Orlando to get checked out. I was taken in right away and car was raised on lift. The whole undercarriage of my car was full of oil. After further investigation, we found the problem. What I originally thought to be a flawless oil change at Naples Nissan turned out to be the most idiotic work I have ever seen. First problem was that Naples Nissan used Part Number 15208-9E01A which is the wrong oil filter for 370Z and was commonly used for Nissan Trucks! Correct part number installed correctly was 15208-65F0E. The difference in size of these two filters is huge. It gets WORSE. Remember that smoking, that was caused by an oil leak from the oil filter that the technicians at Naples Nissan obviously tightened with pliers. There was physical abuse and a pin size hole in the filter. About a quart of oil leaked out of the engine before I caught this problem. I have pictures and the abused oil filter that I will be taking to Naples Nissan when I return home from college. I do not recommend taking your car to this dealership if you actually love your car and want quality work done to it. More

I take my car in for a regular service maintenance and this is very unusual since I take it to my well-trusted family mechanic, but I thought I'd give Nissan a try this one time. During the maintenance tests, I had them replace my brake pads as well since they were running low, which they promised me they'd do before they gave me my car, but failed at that. As soon as I pick up my car and start heading out on the slick, rainy road...I noticed my two front tires are feeling like my car is in need of a serious tire balance, but it all felt way too unusual so I got out of my car and called my mechanic. He asked me if Nissan had played with the tires at all and obviously they did to replace my brakes. He came out and unscrewed all 5 or 6 lug nuts from my two front tires with his bare hands. How scary. Not only did Naples Nissan forget to Torque my tires, they forgot to even screw the bolts back in. I am so disappointed and will never trust their service shop ever again. Wouldn't even allow them to call a tow truck for me...who knows..my car would've probably fell off the side of the tow truck with how they went about standard procedures on my car. More

Everyone we worked with at the dealership was very friendly. However I brought my car in to get the windows tinted and the job was not completed. I was told I would get a strip of tint at the top of friendly. However I brought my car in to get the windows tinted and the job was not completed. I was told I would get a strip of tint at the top of the windshield and that was never done. Once I got the car home I also found a bubble in the tinting on the passenger side window. Hopefully the next time I bring my car in, it will be fixed. More
We have had multiple problems with this dealership and their service department. When we have complained, we were not happy with the lack of follow up and customer care, especially when we purchased two v their service department. I make a concerted effort to have ALL my service work done at this dealership - not only my Pathfinder, but also my Chevy van and my Saturn Sky. I find them to be honest, reasonably priced, - particula done at this dealership - not only my Pathfinder, but also my Chevy van and my Saturn Sky. I find them to be honest, reasonably priced, - particularly like Robert Sneed working on my vehicles (in fact usually try to request him). Am told exactly what needs to be done, and the price - not inflated unnecessary repair work. Had an emergency requirement while over in Miami, had to go to Maroni for water pump - parts and labor was higher than expected, and recommendations for additional service work (once checked by Marazzi) were deemed to be unnecessary. Think next time will have vehicle towed back to Marazzi instead of fixing in Miami. More

Since John Marrazi took over the dealership, it is much better run. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere of the showroom is inviting and I trust that the work they do is necessary and done properly. I put price as good as "how can a price ever be great, unless it is well below what it should be?" Their prices are fair, especially considering the complimentary shuttle service - a fact that ensures I will continue to utlitize their service department. More

Juan Lopez does a tremendous job at making sure your needs are met and within your budget. I was looking for new tires on my Nissan and he found them in Ft.
