Merry Christmas to me! I went out to my car and found both front windows down, and the passenger window would not roll up. I made an appointment for the following morning, I went out to my car and found both front windows down, and the passenger window would not roll up. I made an appointment for the following morning, and after the service people checked out the car, they found that: 1) my fob has a feature on it that if the unlock button is held down for 10 seconds, that both windows roll down and 2) my window lock feature was in use. The service manager patiently explained the problem by, telling me that probably something had lain against the fob causing the windows to roll down. Next he showed me that the windows lock button was engaged and voila! the passenger window now rolled up. Expecting a $100 service charge for the time they took to check out the car, I was told, no charge...plus they washed my car for me. I learned two things about my car at no cost, and a free car wash. A very exceptional service experience. More
