car was making very loud noise while driving, service determined it was a front wheel bearing and it needed replacing, i said ok, i waited for 1 hour 20 minutes the car was done, the part was $257.00, yo determined it was a front wheel bearing and it needed replacing, i said ok, i waited for 1 hour 20 minutes the car was done, the part was $257.00, you and i can but this part in any auto parts store for $99.00,im sure they but it for less, the labor was $603.00, so for this breaks down to approximately $400.00 an hour, i hope they are paying the mechanic at least a $150.00. I purchased my 2016 Nissan Rogue from Naples Nissan on Pine Ridge Rd. in Naples Florida. They advertised that the vehicle came with a lifetime from Total Warrant Service. I trusted Naples Nissan to keep m Pine Ridge Rd. in Naples Florida. They advertised that the vehicle came with a lifetime from Total Warrant Service. I trusted Naples Nissan to keep me informed of any issue. Overtime I had put my copy of the warranty with some other papers and put them in my storage. So when my CVT transmission went out on 10/12/2023 I took it back to Naples Nissan to get it repaired. I was told the transmission was not covered, so I had to pay for it out of pocket $5711.66. When I was able to get into my storage and read through the warranty I saw the transmission was covered so I called Naples Nissan, they said for me to get the paperwork sent to them. Then I had to fight with them to turn it over to Total Warranty Service. I was told from Naples Nissan that Total Warranty Service would not pay, but I believe they should go by the Warranty. Total Warranty Service has denied my claim for reimbursement for my transmission that had to be replaced in my 2016 Nissan Rogue. Even though I have met all the requirements laid out in the Warranty. It did not fix the problem. They said it must be something was spilled on the shifter. Its just a lie. They said Nissan would not cover something they thought I did. I didn't do anything. They wanted to charge me for an entire new shifter console. I left and will never return. They don't stand by their cars. The service tech was Chris. What a joke. I came in to get my brakes bled because I thought that was the problem with my truck. They called me a little bit later and told me no the problem was the brakes were bad and I needed rotors as well and was the problem with my truck. So I called back and said only do the front brakes cause all I can afford is about $500. So when I went to pick the truck up they had bled the lines anyway and we’re charging me $700 and not using common sense to know that I didn’t need them bled because it was the brakes not the lines so why do it? I know why, it was to charge me extra money because the sales person Kim is there in the service department to make money by doing services you don’t need then trying to justify it by saying that bleeding the lines was my primary concern. Yes, it was my primary concern until you told me what the real problem was brakes and rotors so why bleed the brakes? Sooo mad!!! More

I got in a lot of trouble when I got home. My husband said I was stupid! He made me go back and cancel the warranties and get my money back. The SALES MANAGER was not sympathetic and IRAN, the FINANCE MANAGER said I knew what I was getting after I asked his advice on what I should get! They took me for a dummy, which I was. Contacted Naples Nissan for some trouble codes on my son's 2013 Nissan Altima. Spoke with Chris the service writer. Brought the car in for diagnosis of trans issue and trouble codes. Chris was kind enough to offer me a shuttle ride home while car was being worked on. Picked the car up by end of day and everything is working as it should. Very happy with Naples Nissan and Chris in service. The tech even took time to go o er the issues with me. Great Job! More
