My wife and I had just experienced a total loss of our leased 2019 Nissan Rogue. So, we were under the gun to find a quick replacement and were not restricting ourselves to Nissan. But Naples Nissan was leased 2019 Nissan Rogue. So, we were under the gun to find a quick replacement and were not restricting ourselves to Nissan. But Naples Nissan was the only local dealership willing to negotiate with us. They took the time to listen to our needs and budget restrictions. Our young salesman was very courteous and patient. I admit, some salespeople can be pushy and even arrogant. We did talk to one in the showroom and mentioned him to the manager. But that's the sales business so if you're timid and always have a chip on your shoulder, you shouldn't shop for cars. We were satisfied with the deal we made and look forward to the same service we experienced on the sales floor when we bring it in for service. More

My recent experience with Naples Nissan was awesome. The salesman Thomas Root, the manager Kenneth Chavis, another manager Isaiah Oliver was also helpful. If you ever go there ask to waited on by only Kenne salesman Thomas Root, the manager Kenneth Chavis, another manager Isaiah Oliver was also helpful. If you ever go there ask to waited on by only Kenneth and Thomas. You will get a great experience. Thomas explained things so well and has the patients of a Saint. Kenneth such a sweet, caring person. I love the car they have ordered for me and can't wait to get it. The really fun guy in the financial dept was also great. I am sorry I did not get his card and didn't catch his name but he even made the having to pay up fun. LOL. Thank you. More

Had an appointment this morning and was extremely disappointed with the service today. I asked for my vehicle to be fixed. Two hours later I was given the diagnostics. Which wasn’t what I asked. I as disappointed with the service today. I asked for my vehicle to be fixed. Two hours later I was given the diagnostics. Which wasn’t what I asked. I asked for it to be fixed from its TPMS error. As this happened, I saw other customers come in and leave one by one, probably saw more than 10-15 vehicles have whatever was “wrong” with them get fixed. Terrible wait time, terrible service. My question is why I paid $170.00 for a diagnostic that I didn’t asked for???? More

Terrible experience: Had a slow leak in a tire. Small nail in the tread. Mgr. said they would put in a "patch" and it would be adequate. two hours later they advised that the nail was in the "sidewall" nail in the tread. Mgr. said they would put in a "patch" and it would be adequate. two hours later they advised that the nail was in the "sidewall" and could not hold a patrch. Stated that this was untrue, it was in the tread. "Well it is too close to the sidewall, you have to get a new tire. Why make me wait two hours for this information?
