My salesman Mike was a great guy! He tried to streamline the process as quickly as possible. I was very disappointed that sign on the car said 10, plus change. My wife and I had just experienced a total loss of our leased 2019 Nissan Rogue. So, we were under the gun to find a quick replacement and were not restricting ourselves to Nissan. But Naples Nissan was leased 2019 Nissan Rogue. So, we were under the gun to find a quick replacement and were not restricting ourselves to Nissan. But Naples Nissan was the only local dealership willing to negotiate with us. They took the time to listen to our needs and budget restrictions. Our young salesman was very courteous and patient. I admit, some salespeople can be pushy and even arrogant. We did talk to one in the showroom and mentioned him to the manager. But that's the sales business so if you're timid and always have a chip on your shoulder, you shouldn't shop for cars. We were satisfied with the deal we made and look forward to the same service we experienced on the sales floor when we bring it in for service. More

Had an appointment this morning and was extremely disappointed with the service today. I asked for my vehicle to be fixed. Two hours later I was given the diagnostics. Which wasn’t what I asked. I as disappointed with the service today. I asked for my vehicle to be fixed. Two hours later I was given the diagnostics. Which wasn’t what I asked. I asked for it to be fixed from its TPMS error. As this happened, I saw other customers come in and leave one by one, probably saw more than 10-15 vehicles have whatever was “wrong” with them get fixed. Terrible wait time, terrible service. My question is why I paid $170.00 for a diagnostic that I didn’t asked for???? More
