WHEN WE ARRIVED AT JOHN MARAZZI NISSAN WE WERE GREETED BY OUR SALESMAN WHO I HAD SPOKEN TO BY PHONE AND THE COMPUTER. HE SAID IF WE TOOK THE 75 MILE RIDE TO NAPLES FROM PORT CHARLOTTE WE WOULD BE VERY HAPPY OUR SALESMAN WHO I HAD SPOKEN TO BY PHONE AND THE COMPUTER. HE SAID IF WE TOOK THE 75 MILE RIDE TO NAPLES FROM PORT CHARLOTTE WE WOULD BE VERY HAPPY WITH THE DEAL HE COULD GET US. WE RAN HIM BACK AND FOURTH TO THE MANAGER JAMES POOLE TO FIND A VEHICLE WE COULD AFFORD AND WOULD BE HAPPY WITH. HE DIDN'T COMPLAIN AT ALL. ON ONE OF HIS TRIPS HE BROUGHT THE MANAGER JAMES POOLE BACK OUT WITH HIM. I HAVE TO SAY IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. EVERYONE WAS SO CURTIOUS AND FRIENDLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND A RELATIVE OR A FRIEND TO GO TO JOHN MARAZZI NISSAN FOR A NEW OR USED CAR. WE DECIDED ON A TOYOTA YARIS. MIKE HAD THE CAR CLEANED AND OUR PLATE PUT ON IT WHILE WE PAYED FOR THE CAR. THE CAR LOOKED PERFECT TO ME BEFORE THEY CLEANED IT AGAIN. AFTER ALL WAS SAID AND DONE, WE WERE SURPRISED WITH THE EASE OF PURCHASING A CAR THEIR. I WAS READY TO LEAVE WHEN MIKE INVITED US TO SPIN THE BIG WHEEL. FIRST PRIZE WAS A TRIP TO ITALY. I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO WIN THAT EVENTHOU WITH MY HEALTH WE WOULD NOT BEEN ABLE TO TRAVEL THAT FAR. WE WON A GIFT CERTIFICATE TO CARRABBA'S RESTAURANT. TO US THAT WAS A GREAT PRIZE. WE DINE THERE QUITE FREQUENTLY. More

I HAVE TRIED PURCHASING A CAR THROUGH A C MARAZZI NISSAN STARTING OFF WITH MY SALESMAN ANGEL PAGAN, IN WHICH WAS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THROUGH A FRIEND. I HAVE TRIED PURCHASING A CAR THROUGH A COUPLE OTHER DEALERSHIPS. THEY WERE BOTH THE SAME, PROMISING TO GIVE ME THE KEYS TO THE CAR OF MY DREAMS BUT REJECTED, THEN TRYING TO CONVINCE ME INTO BUYING A CAR I LEAST CARED FOR WITH THE PAYMENTS WAY OUT OF MY BUDGET. I GAINED NOTHING FROM THESE DEALERSHIPS BUT WASTED TIME. MY FIRST CONVERSATION WITH ANGEL I PROVIDED HIM WITH ALL MY INFORMATION AND HE SAID HE'D GIVE ME A CALL BACK WITHIN THE NEXT 30 MINS. NOT EVEN 30 MINS HAD GONE BY AND HE HAD RETURNED HIS PHONE CALL JUST AS HE PROMISED. HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO TRY HIS BEST IN HELPING ME PURCHASE A CAR AND WITH THAT I GAINED TRUST. FROM THAT MOMMENT I KNEW MY EXPERIENCE WAS GOING TO BE POSITIVE. I WAS ABLE TO GET AN ECONOMIC CAR I LOVE WITH EVEN THE CHOICE OF COLOR I WANTED, WITH THE PAYMENT I CAN AFFORD. TO ADD THE ICING ON THE CAKE, FOR EVERY PERSON WHO BUYS A CAR JOHN MARAZZI THERE IS WHEEL U SPIN IN WHICH U HAVE YOUR CHANCES IN WINNING GREAT PRIZES. WHEN HE ASKED FOR MY HUSBAND AND I TO SPIN THE WHEEL WE LAUGHED THINKING IT WAS A JOKE. NOT ONLY DID WE GET A NEW CAR BUT WON THE SPORTS PACKAGE AS WELL. ITS CRAZY HOW EASY AND FAST IT WAS TO BUY A CAR FROM MY FIRST CONVERSATION (MAY 31ST A.M.) TO DRIVING OFF NISSANS LOT IN MY NEW CAR (JUNE 1ST P.M.).SOON AFTER, I HAD RECOMMENDED A FAMILY MEMBER TO ANGEL IN WHICH AGAIN WERE ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER. I HAVE RECOMMENDED AND WILL KEEP RECOMMENDING JOHN MARAZZI NISSAN TO ANYONE IN MY PATH IN SEARCH FOR A NEW CAR. THANKS AGAIN ANGEL. More

I would recommend Marazzi Nissan to anyone looking to buy a Nissan. Constructive criticism. The service desk area can become crowded or confused on a busy service day. While the staff does there best to help everyone in a timely manner, it can often feel like you are being ignored. I would suggest having a clear place for customers to wait. That way no one can cut in front of others and people understand when it is their turn. As much as everyone dislikes lines, I believe it will help. More
