I was originally referred to Joe at the dealership by a friend Ellen Albert who had bought a car not long before. Although I had originally intended to just look to see what was available in my price range, Mike showed me a fantastic deal on a used toyota solara convertible which in the end I could not refuse. Even though I had wanted to look at a few other dealerships, I could not ignore and risk loosing this car. Having been married to a former dealership owner, I feel I have alot of knowledge as to what it takes to be in this business and have good salespeople. I have never liked being pressured by highly assertive and aggressive salespeople. My experience at John Marazzi was not that at all- but rather straight forward information and attention to my desires. After searching for an auto loan for about nine months, I came across the friendly faces at John Marazzi Nissan. I was a college graduate with low credit because all I had were student loans. I came across Mike at John Marazzi Nissan and he notified me of the college graduate loans. Within a few days they negotiated a deal with a bank for .69 percent interest on a new car. Everyone at John Marazzi Nissan treated me with respect. After dealing with other dealerships who would look at my credit and instantly treat me with negligence, I felt that Mike and everyone at John Marazzi Nissan deserves pat on the back. Mike and the rest of the staff at the dealership even stayed past closing time on a Sunday night to ensure my deal was complete and I could drive home in my new car. My sales person was Angel, and the manager I worked with was James. I wanted a car that was not in inventory. There was a chance that we were going to have to order one from nissan, but instead they went was James. I wanted a car that was not in inventory. I have had my 2010 Pathfinder since May and am happy. Yesterday I bought a Droid and no one could get it to sync with the blue tooth. So I just drove to the shop.
