My husband and I were in the market for a third vehicle, so we could have bought "used" or "new” and any brand. We had always been loyal Toyota customers, but we heard that Nissan had steadily been surpass so we could have bought "used" or "new” and any brand. We had always been loyal Toyota customers, but we heard that Nissan had steadily been surpassing many competitors in the same market. To our surprise, we first noticed that many familiar former Toyota salespeople were now at Nissan. This was our first clue that we would be converted into Nissan fans. We then learned about Nissan’s amazing lifetime vehicle warranty, quality, overall value and appearance of vehicles. We realized that the Nissan standards surpassed many comparable competition brands, even that of Toyota. We purchased a new 2011 Nissan Frontier, which is a smoother ride, more eye appealing and overall better value than that of the Toyota Tacoma. Our salespeople which were Salvatore Scarcella and Luis Corrales, were outstanding and not pushy. They were both very knowledgeable about their product and seemed proud and excited of what Nissan had to offer. The dealership is lucky to have such dedicated and knowledgeable salespeople like Salvatore and Luis. We also worked with General Sales Manager; James Poole, in which I had formerly purchased three Toyota vehicles from in the past. He had the same excitement as the other employess and a true willingness to help in any manner.He also possessed a plethora of knowledge, an overwhelming genuine sense of caring and ensured that we walked out of the dealership 100% satisfied and happy new car owners, but now loyal Nissan customers. John Marazzi Nissan dealership has found a “gem” in James Poole, as his sense of integrity shines through his work. Thanks again John Marazzi Nissan for a great overall car buying experience. He was quick and expedient in getting me into my new car, and even found some extras to help make owning my new car even more special. Daniel found key fobs for my car and programmed them to work on my vehicle, even though that was not part of my package. Very cordial while in their building, and fine facility, along with prompt answers, after a very successful telephone negotiation for new car price with features I wanted. The restrooms were also very clean and comfortable. The various people I also observed while waiting for papers to be processed all looked like happy employees and the other customers seemed relaxed and hopeful of a good car buying experience. They were trusting in allowing me to pay for the car the next day having forgotten to bring my check book with me to the car dealership. More
