For my first visit to get my oil change, my experience was average. The first man who assisted me was not the friendliest person. The wait was longer than I was told. Went for an oil change, dealt with service writer juan lopez. Very friendly man, very courteous and helpful. Also wrote a great deal, was very happy with the experience. I was given a rental car, which I did not expect. I was told 2 hours and it was 2 hours! It is nice to get more than expected. We had new tires, an alignment, oil change, and new wipers. Went in for an oil change. Was told it would be appx 45 minutes. Told Juan it was important to be out asap so I could spend time with my daughter who was leaving for college the next day. Nadine was my advisor. It was my first oil change on a new 2011 Altima. I had a promotional coupon that had expired, but she processed it as it was my first service. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was outstanding. The process was as simple and pleasant as possible. They are extremely knowledgable and professional. Even after the sale nothing changed. I recommend them without hesitation. You will see they run a top notch operation. They are all so very busy, which is not by mistake! I spoke with other patrons and everyone else there said the same as noted above. Many were repeat customers. That says it all!!!!!
