I would say to anybody in the state of Florida looking for a Nissan to go see Mike Amabile at Naples Nissan. Mike worked extremely hard over a long period of time to make sure I would get my new Nissan F for a Nissan to go see Mike Amabile at Naples Nissan. Mike worked extremely hard over a long period of time to make sure I would get my new Nissan Frontier. He went above and beyond making sure that everything would fit into my budget while maintaing the highest level of customer service at all times. I will always come here and recommend everyone else do too. I drove an hour away passing two other Nissan dealerships just to deal with and his excellent staff. More
I have lived in Florida for 6 years . I have bought 3 different Nissansales from Naples. I have owned Nissan cars since I started driving 19 years ago. In the last year and a half I have been getting cal different Nissansales from Naples. I have owned Nissan cars since I started driving 19 years ago. In the last year and a half I have been getting calls from a customer service lady asking if we were interested in the current deals / incentives at the time of the call. I have inquired each time and was told I'd have to check credit and give info on trade in which I've done 3 different times. I'm assuming my credit is not good enough for this dealership or they don't like us cause they never bother to call me back . Why keep calling me and trying to bait me and when I bite never bother to care enough to call me. Mike , joe and mike are the people I've had conversations with but I'm guessing as soon as they figure out who it is they don't want to deal with me or my credit is not good enough for them and I get thrown off into a pile of not worthy customers. Well I won't bite again and if you see this review take my name off your list cause you just lost a customer that will not buy from your dealership again . I'd rather go to sutherlin at least they call back and are willing to sell me a car. Word of mouth travels far and I will due my due diligence spreading the word on my experience More
I bought a new Nissan Rogue which handled beautifully until driving to dinner after leaving the dealership when a noise, a scraping sound from the area of the front left wheel began. Two of my daughters were with me through the process and both are knowledgeable about cars (and math). One of them got under the car with a flashlight after it was in the garage but nothing dragging or stuck in the wheel was visible. We also noticed a paint chip on the hood of the car. We had neglected to walk all around the car and specifically look for any paint chips because at the time we were looking at the car, we fully intended to wait a couple of days before buying - then when the price and the trade-in was extremely good (we had done our homework beforehand), I made the decision without thinking to check out the car again. The next morning the noise was so loud that people walking in my community turned their heads to look at the car as it passed. We called Mike Amabile, our sales person, who told us to bring it back and they would take care of it. However the day was Sunday and the service dept. was not working, so we waited until the following day, Monday. On Monday morning we started the car and drove to the dealership - no noise at all. Absolutely nothing. Naples Nissan kept the car the whole day and gave me a loaner. They called to tell me they were unable to hear anything unusual at all but they wanted to keep the car overnight so that one of the technicians could take it home and drive it (and he did - I checked the mileage and he put more than 40 miles on it). It was driving perfectly. I asked if they had removed the wheels when they checked it and they said they had. I took the car home and it has been driving perfectly ever since - my only explanation is that something must have been picked up on the road and jammed in somewhere - and subsequently fell out. They are getting an estimate for the paint chip for the dealership and have told me they will call me to bring in the car and repair the chip as soon as they get the estimate. So far, I am extremely impressed by the courteous service and am happy with the outcome. More
Bad Credit + No Money Down = No Problem. Mike was able to get me into a brand new car at payments I can afford - and to make me feel like a VIP at the same time. Worth the trip down from Fort Myers for the Lifetime Warranty (since blowing my transmission was the reason I was car shopping in the first place). No hesitation in recommending them!! More
I had a bad experience in Sutherlin, very bad attention ! Therefore I drove all the way from Cape coral to Naples and was extremely satified! I went in for a good deal and I got it!! Do not waste your time . They dont care anymore for customer service.Ever since John Marazzi left they will do all the tricks to get you in on a deal. Stay away from this crooks . The worst new car buying experience I have ever had! Employee we worked with is not listed above. We have bought Honda's since 2004. We were in the market for a new reasonable & reliable car for my kids to drive. A friend of mine said she thought the local Nissan dealer had some new cars from 13,000. We found a lease special online for 12,898 so we brought in the ad. However, we found out the ad was for a manual transmission only (which it does not clearly state in the ad). We ended up getting suckered into a deal for a Nissan Versa Automatic limited edition 2012 for around $16,000.00. I was wondering why they did not have any 2013 on the lot. The sales guy said they have not received any yet. Little did we realize after we got home and did our research that the Nissan Versa 2013 will never come in because the company has renamed and redesigned the car for 2014 now calling it the Nissan Note. We really should have looked at the Sentra (as online people reviews gave it a better rating). Literally, after the purchase we had to take the car across the street to put air in the tires (something the dealer should have done). Then when we get home, we discovered the user’s manual was missing from the glove box. We also found out on the lease contract that at lease end Nissan charges a fee of $395.00 to just give the car back to them (something you do not have to pay when leasing from Honda). Maybe we would have been satisfied with a higher end model like a Sentra or Altima? I don't know because they were not shown to us (apparently out of our price range??) We put down 4,000.00 towards the Versa and then a few months later I saw a Sentra advertised with $4000.00 down and remaining payments of $89.00 which was a way better deal than what we got. Cons: we found with the Versa 1.8 engine automatic (has no power to get up and accelerate on I 75). Plus on the interstate it catches wind and it takes effort to hold it steady. We have a charcoal interior and it literally picks up every piece of lint it is like a Velcro vacuum (I'm assuming cheap material because I've never owned a car that has done this before). I will never visit the Naples Nissan Dealer again! I think they were trying to get rid of the 2012 Versa's left on the lot and therefore we were steered toward that model. More
