DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. My pregnant wife and I were very serious about purchasing a new mid sized SUV before our child arrives. We were interested in a used 2020 Nissan Rogu My pregnant wife and I were very serious about purchasing a new mid sized SUV before our child arrives. We were interested in a used 2020 Nissan Rogue S that was listed at 21,988. The car salesman told us they really needed to get a 2020 Nissan Rogue SL off of the lot and we could potentially get a great price for the vehicle listed at 28,988, even though we told him we believed this was out of our price range. When we sat down to talk numbers on the "great deal" for the Nissan Rogue SL, we discovered the great deal was an out the door price over 38,000 dollars. Nearly a full 10,000 dollars higher than the listed price. They included multiple absolute scam add ons including 1,000 dollars for a tracking device they installed in the vehicle and over 4,000 dollars in vehicle reconditioning fees. We asked for an itemized list of what this "reconditioning" included and we're told "mostly labor". We immediately said this is a waste of our time and we cannot afford this vehicle. I asked multiple times to see the numbers on the Rogue listed at 21,988 and was told they would be the same price in the end. How thet could end up being the same price I do not know. The financial manager Mario ( who's is absolutely awful with math, numbers, & listening in general) came over to try and convince us that our monthly payment on the Rouge SL would be in our budget at 412 dollars a month (he stated this was only 30 dollars more than our maximum monthly payment goal of 320 dollars) while attempting to increase the length of the loan to 84 months. Mario stated they wouldn't accept our USAA loan and interest rate at under 5 percent. He lied to our face and said they only accept financing through the dealership. These people wouldn't even let us see the numbers on a car we wanted to buy and thought was in our budget, instead they aggressively pushed us to make bad financial decisions thinking we were young and had done no research. I truly can't believe how awful of an experience this turned out to be. Safe to say we walked out and we will never be shopping for a vehicle here again! More
Worse place ever, there's a bunch of liars working here, 2 years ago we bought a car here and obviously anyone that's buys a new car knows that has to get gap insurance right, we'll fast forward to now afte 2 years ago we bought a car here and obviously anyone that's buys a new car knows that has to get gap insurance right, we'll fast forward to now after hurricane Ian, we lost everything including our car, well we call our lender and was told we did not have any gap insurance! How is that possible when we first bought the car we asked for gap insurance and we were told we were getting gap insurance, explain to me how in the world I call the bank and now I'm informed that we don't have it, we can't look in our papers because all of our papers were inside the car that got flooded, so we have been trying to call and no one in financing answers the phone, we have been leaving messages and nothing, the only day that we were able to go in we were turned down because "it was a Sunday and they couldn't do anything on a Sunday" so they promised us to get back to us on Monday, well is Thursday and we still have not heard anything back again, like if we have all the time to be driving all the way to Naples mind you we don't have a car and we have to be asking around to borrow a car to be able to get there, this is very disappointing I would not recommend this place at all please stay away from here, I repeat stay away from here More

Took my car in for oil change, tire rotation, problems with my tinted back window and a recall. Paid for my service, when I drove away my car was pulling to one side, went back they took it to the back an with my tinted back window and a recall. When I asked the manager about it, he stated that they were putting my tires back the way it was! So my tires were Not rotated. Then the Manager drives the car says nothing wrong with it, then he puts $25 on the counter and states that's for the rotation. How can I even trust them again, they just let it go. No tire rotation and they didn't even take the time to find out why my car was pulling to one side. And it was fine before I took it in! So I suggest you know exactly what it is that they do to your car, because they lie about what's on paper! More

Kim told me that I would be charged 189.00 for diagnosing the vehicle if when they were done i did not do the work. SO we also added the tire sensor as they told me months before he could not be reset so it was probably the sensor and they also added a recall but they did not have a resolution for that either. SHE DID NOT TELL ME I WOULD BE CHARGED 189.00 FOR EACH LINE ITEM but note they did not charge me to reset the tire code. So I had them replace the battery as it was not the starter and they still charged me 189.00 to diagnose the other code. BUYER BEWARE when you go there. THEY HAVE NOW LIED TO ME TWICE. so my battery now cost over $439.00 for a $169.00 battery because i did not do the other $2000.00 with them for the code I SUPPLIED TO THEM. plus we had to call for two days to find out if the battery was replaced, A LIE BY OMMISSION IS STILL A LIE. THEY HAVE LOST ALL OUR BUSINESS FOR GOOD. More
