I liked the 2013 Altima so much that after the warranty ran out, I decided to get a new one. Frankie G. and the rest of the people there were so accommodating that it went very smooth and I was out in hours with my new Altima. Couldn't be happier! More

I ruined my credit a few years back and have been working to improve it ever since. They where all incredibly curtious when speaking to me about my options. At the end of the day I was approved for a brand new 2015 Nissan Sentra for no money down and an affordable monthly payment. After not having a car for the last couple years it was getting tough, but they helped get me into a set of wheels that will last for years to come. Plus the payments will help with my credit. I would highly suggest checking this place out if you are in a similar position. Honestly these guys won't lie to you or try to gimick you. They told me straight up how it was and what they could do for me. In the future when I'm looking for a new car I will definitely be coming back for a visit. More

On a Saturday afternoon my wife and I stopped in Naples Nissan to hopefully find a resolution to our matter at hand. To our surprise our past, present and FUTURE Sales Rep (Frank) met us at the door. He immediately recognized us and addressed us by our names and even remembered the model of Nissan we purchased many months prior. Frank has always made us feel very welcome at Naples Nissan. He asked us if everything was Ok and we explained our issue, without hesitation Frank introduced us to Scotty within the department associated to our issue. Scotty was very attentive and listened to our problem and within a matter of minutes he resolved the matter to our upmost satisfaction. I finally made the decision and called for an appointment. I already purchased a car from there in 2012. It was a 2011 Nissan Versa. I loved the car, but at the time, I had to get what was available and in my price range as far as a car payment. Even though it was "bare bones" it was a great car. I had a great experience then and knew it would be again. I called and got Rashan, who set me up with Armand. He greeted me when I walked in and was so amazing. The atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming and really was a great team. You could tell they all liked each other. Ha! I was trading the Versa in and they gave me a great price on trade and did whatever they could to get the price down for my needs. I took a test drive and driving with Armand was like driving with a friend. He was so personable yet so professional. You could really tell he enjoyed what he did. I got back to dealership and dealt with Scotty, the sales manager and Abe in finance. They were also outstanding! Armand help me clean out my old car and load the new. He even took off all my stickers that I needed to access my gate at my job along with the beach sticker. To me, this is above an beyond. He stayed after they closed to show me all the bells and whistles on my new car. I would recommend Naples Nissan to anybody that asked and even the people that don't....as they gave me business cards to pass out to my friends and family. Thank you Nissan...you rock!
