Drop in Saturday service I "popped" in on a busy Saturday with -a nail in my tire -a broken rear view mirror -a hanging piece of trim -and a broken speaker I was treated I "popped" in on a busy Saturday with -a nail in my tire -a broken rear view mirror -a hanging piece of trim -and a broken speaker I was treated courteously by the service manager who fixed the nail in my tire and provided me with estimates for the broken mirror and gave me a courtesy ride home. And called me when the car was ready. When I returned to pick up my car the trim had been fixed and the speaker also.. The service manager brought me to the cashier and advised me about tire wear which would need attention in the future. All with a smile on an exceptionally busy Saturday. Thumbs up! And this is not the first time he has provided exceptional service!!!!! More

50/50 I will say that the mechanical part of this facility is not the best, my front right tire had a nail and the tow truck came to my job to pick my car u I will say that the mechanical part of this facility is not the best, my front right tire had a nail and the tow truck came to my job to pick my car up. The next morning someone from Nissan called me saying that my tire got a patch and that is ready for pick up. So I go to the facility after I got off work and they gave me my car without noticing the same tire was FLAT again. I feel like the mechanics don't really care about doing a good job. But on the other side Mr. Toledo ( on the costumer service dept) took care of my tire concern and he made sure to give me a brand new tire and my car had to stay overnight, and he offered me a rental car at not cost. He offered me really good costumer service. Cheers. More

I needed a 65k service performed on a 2015 Versa Note SV, which consisted of an oil change, multi-point inspection, and tire rotation. My service advisor was Steven Bawcum, who greeted me immediately upon arrival, which is something I normally don't experience at other dealers. He narrowed my service experience to the needs of the vehicle, was very personable and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. While waiting for service, I also purchased a bottle of washer fluid and a keychain. Every employee was nice and professional, and I will definitely come back for all of my future service needs.
