Fast and Fantastic Service Brought my car in with grinding brakes, replaced the front and rear brakes, and replaced a leaking oil pan gasket. New purchase When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by a very friendly salesman named Arquimides. He was polite, well mannered, and had a good sense of humor. Not only this, but he was quite knowledgeable. Since we knew what we were looking for, he immediately started checking the inventory. Although the vehicle was not available at this location, he was able to find it at another one. He showed us a similar model, and explained the differences between the one they had and the one we wanted. We then began dealing, and were able to close the deal at a price we were happy with and thought was fair. Arquimides explained all details of the sale, including the service and warranties they provide. Upon pickup, he also went over all aspects of the vehicle with videos when needed. He took us to the service department to show us where to go when we come for the complimentary car washes, and also for service appointments. He even scheduled our first service appointment for us in 6 months. He also gave us a follow-up call to see if we had any questions or concerns. Overall, we had a great car buying experience with an awesome salesperson. All of the staff including the sales manager, finance manager, service manager, and others were very friendly and helpful. We definitely would recommend Naples Nissan! More
