Friendly,timely and expert service! My 2014 Nissan Murano had a battery issue and the vehicle would not start. I called the Naples Nissan dealership and was quickly transferred to Nissa My 2014 Nissan Murano had a battery issue and the vehicle would not start. I called the Naples Nissan dealership and was quickly transferred to Nissan Roadside Assist. Within a very reasonable time, a friendly tow truck driver arrived and took my vehicle to the Naples Nissan dealership. Steve, my service representative, took a keen interest in my problem and provided excellent assistance. He gave me periodic updates and took care of the issue to my complete satisfaction. Everything was covered under warranty! More

Oil change My service rep was not available when I arrived so Gabby took over. She was great and went over everything and quoted the price again. I went into tonthe waiting area to do paper work and had coffee and complimentary pastry. My car was done quickly and I was able to go on to my next appointment.
