Broken Handles Well my 2017 Nissan Envy I bought back in October had a broken driver side door handle since before I bought it. Daryl Day had it fixxed 3x in the 1st Well my 2017 Nissan Envy I bought back in October had a broken driver side door handle since before I bought it. Daryl Day had it fixxed 3x in the 1st 60 days. It kept breaking. Recently it broke again, on both passenger and driver side. Danny is getting it replaced at no cost which is cool. However if it breaks again I am going to consult a lemon law attorney and/or talk to dealership manager about getting a new vehicle. This has to be a recall item. Ryan Delfino 239-908-7694 More

Great experience at Naples Nissan! My family and I went in to Naples Nissan two weeks ago and left with a new 2018 Nissan Rogue. It was my first new car in almost 10 years. He really worked with my husband and I to get the deal through. The finance manager was awesome as well, and explained everything in detail. I would definitely recommend Naples Nissan to anyone who is thinking about getting a new car. I love my Rogue and look forward to doing business with Nissan in the future! More

Exceptional Experience It was a rainy day and upon arriving at the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted by Bob. He introduced himself and asked how he may assist me. I told him I'm there because of the advertisement I heard on the radio. He invited me to his cubicle. and with my experience in purchasing cars I immediately told him I was not there to waste time haggling back and forth. He respected that. We talked about what I was looking for and he showed me what he had. He was not your typical pushy salesman, which I appreciated. We worked out the details of the purchase for which I am very satisfied. I was introduced to the sales manager, the finance manager and the service manager. These are persons who I would eventually working with. It just created a wonderful atmosphere. I just want to say thank you to Bob for creating that experience from the beginning. More
