heartbroken experience I bought a Dodge from Nissan dealer. In 2 month and 400 miles drive, the car broken. I tried to get refund/trade in for another car. I paid 12K 2 mont I bought a Dodge from Nissan dealer. In 2 month and 400 miles drive, the car broken. I tried to get refund/trade in for another car. I paid 12K 2 month ago, and got $3500 for trade in yesterday. there was no deal. The saleman was very "perfessional" and treated me as a 3 yrs old who made lots of mistakes even I am his mom's age. He told me I should do the research on the car and buy all the warranty. I should know mechanic and business rules before I walk in this dealer. I didn't. I have a Nissan Altima for years and I am happy for it. I came Nissan dealer and told them I wanted a car simple and reliable. Now here is where I am. The saleman tell me you can't tax back. I know the basic US tax law: the return products put to cost and minus by profit. No profit, no tax. The principle of this is US value integrity and customer service. However, how can I explain the basic business rule to a businessman who is lying. I come back home late from dealer without appetite. This is the second night I can't sleep since the car broken. I cried at night. I remember the best car seller. His secret is "integrity". He treat one customer right, and he get all the customer's family members, friends and next generation. He sell car quick and happy. The principle of Japanese big company is altruism. The company supports the customers, so the whole world support the company. The company automatic grow bigger and bigger. How can a company gets nutrition from customer's tear which is so bitter and poison. Money is a ruler for value, but value is much more than money. If a company get the money and lose value, it likes eat junk. One can get full, but will sick. Tonight, when the whole world sleeps. I am sleepless and cry. I wish all businesses are integrity. Not only because the business is the fundamental of economy, but it setup the tune of community. Bad business environment is contagious for the society. It spread dishonest and poor money value. 2 month ago, I walked into Nissan dealer and stepped into a xxxx. Yesterday, I tried to clear up and made a big mess. I hope nobody get trapped as me. I hope the trouble come and go. I hope all the single mom get a nice sleep:) More
2019 Armada Squeak Our brand new 2019 Armada with approximately 2000 miles had a terrible squeak that I thought was behind the dash on right side, or in right front whee Our brand new 2019 Armada with approximately 2000 miles had a terrible squeak that I thought was behind the dash on right side, or in right front wheel well. I took the vehicle in for troubleshooting on a Wednesday morning. First thing, Mike my service advisor, asked if I would stick around to have their shop foreman Danny ride with me so he could hear the squeak. The service department had our Armada for 3 days locating and fixing the squeak. Danny told me they had a hard time isolating the location of the squeak. I appreciate the fact that although we did not purchase this vehicle from Naples Nissan, they were persistent/determined to locate and fix the problem. I also appreciate Mike (my service advisor) keeping me informed of the status of our vehicle. More
