One of the easiest car buying experiences I ever had! My online inquiry led me to salesman Kris Rivers. Speaking to Kris on the phone, he was very polite, I was upfront about my credit, trade In, what I wanted my payment to be and what I had to put down. He was straight forward and told me he understand and would do his best to get me into a new Rogue! I stopped In, test drove and got to work on details. Not much of negotiation needed since we were both on the same page. Waited a bit for finance but everyone from Kris Rivers to Lorie in finance to the salesmanger that introduced himself, the whole crew at Naples Nissan were awesome! I will definatly be recommending to anyone in the car buying market! More

Got Nissan Sentra 2014 with around 13000 mile These guys did not tell in advance that there were recalls on certain models of Nissan. Lack of honesty. Got Nissan Sentra 2014 with around 13000 miles on it...Transmission problem occurred after around 6 months. my wife was driving it and lost control over accelerator automatically due to transmission problem. researched about it and found that there were recalls on Nissan Vehicles for transmission problem. luckily had warranty still because of low mileage on it still. got it fixed once. Later other problems started developing. these guys keep charging in name of diagnosing problems etc. Would never recommend Nissan Vehicles ever to my family and friends. More
