For example, I recently left 2 voice messages for the service manager and failed to get a return call. This was not true earlier as the service manager was helpful. Past service techs have been less than personable. I understand there have been some changes in the service department; maybe that will correct some problems. In answering yes to the above question, I'm reflecting the most recent service, not the past. The question would have been better had it had a scale; ie, 1 = not recommend and 10 = recommend. More

Disappointing We recently moved to Naples from NC. After a few weeks & purchasing new license plates we went over to the dealership on a Sunday. Our furnishings We recently moved to Naples from NC. After a few weeks & purchasing new license plates we went over to the dealership on a Sunday. Our furnishings were delayed because of the hurricane coming to NC. My husband just needed a screwdriver to put on the plates. The first place we thought of was the Nissan dealership as our dealership in Wilmington was always so helpful. That is why we purchased a 2nd Murano. When we arrived there were a group of salesmen by the front door. All of which were not helpful since we were not buying a car. They sent him to another office in back. Again not helpful. I wrote the GM but not heard from him or anyone at the dealership. Rosemary Harding More

Outstanding service Earl was phenomenal taking care of all my concerns with my Sentra. He was attentive and more than willing to go the extra mile for me. TJ was the mechanic that looked at my vehicle and went outside the box in coming up with solutions to each issue I had.
