Great Service at Naples Nissan My Nissan Rogue, would not start this morning so I had AAA tow it to the Naples Nissan for service. I was waited on by Brian Gatzki of Naples Nissan. My Nissan Rogue, would not start this morning so I had AAA tow it to the Naples Nissan for service. I was waited on by Brian Gatzki of Naples Nissan. He was extremely thorough & courteous. He explained the procedure & welcomed me to the waiting area where the were many refreshments available. After the repair was complete, Brian came to the waiting area to let me know. Went down to look at a 2018 Rogue. With what was advertised on the internet it look good. Yes reading disclaimer, but the disclaimer still did not specify the cost of other things liked reconditioni advertised on the internet it look good. Yes reading disclaimer, but the disclaimer still did not specify the cost of other things liked reconditioning fees for a 2018 of $2300.00 then it should not be on the road ( recond fees are not in disclaimer ) . and charging to tint windows and clear coat protected on all cars jacked it up to over $5,000 more. So you get down there? that's when they hit you. Totally wrong not the right thing to do. I feel sorry for the salesman. He was very nice. I know they do deals to get you down there, but this was bad very unprofessional. I bought two cars at two dealerships up north. They were not like this at all. More
