Terrible experience: Had a slow leak in a tire. Small nail in the tread. Mgr. said they would put in a "patch" and it would be adequate. two hours later they advised that the nail was in the "sidewall" nail in the tread. Mgr. said they would put in a "patch" and it would be adequate. two hours later they advised that the nail was in the "sidewall" and could not hold a patrch. Stated that this was untrue, it was in the tread. "Well it is too close to the sidewall, you have to get a new tire. Why make me wait two hours for this information? If I had known about the Customer deal, I would not have bought a Nissan in the first place, I do not recommend bad service with the warranty, I could not even solve the problem because it could not duplica bought a Nissan in the first place, I do not recommend bad service with the warranty, I could not even solve the problem because it could not duplicate the problem and even the truck broke. my Nissan Titan xd when I took them in for repair, they did damage to the vehicle they don't want to be responsible for with evidence of the damage done at the dealership Nissan Naples. I was getting "tire" alerts but Nissan fixed with a small plug within 45 minutes (and also gave me my 10,000 mile check up at same time with No Appointment necessary).
