Went to dealership today with the intention of buying a Z. Was told by two managers that I could not test drive the vehicle! Who is going to buy a car without test driving ! car was making very loud noise while driving, service determined it was a front wheel bearing and it needed replacing, i said ok, i waited for 1 hour 20 minutes the car was done, the part was $257.00, yo determined it was a front wheel bearing and it needed replacing, i said ok, i waited for 1 hour 20 minutes the car was done, the part was $257.00, you and i can but this part in any auto parts store for $99.00,im sure they but it for less, the labor was $603.00, so for this breaks down to approximately $400.00 an hour, i hope they are paying the mechanic at least a $150.00. NEVER GOING BACK More

Jalil is a great salesman. He was not just pushing me in to a vehicle. I never thought I could get the deal that I got from Naples Nissan. This is the third vehicle I’ve bought He was not just pushing me in to a vehicle. I never thought I could get the deal that I got from Naples Nissan. This is the third vehicle I’ve bought from them not because the vehicles aren’t great, but because I get a little bored with them. Jalil Helped me to pick a vehicle that I was happy with this time instead of something that I just would settle for. I ended up with a 2024 Pathfinder, SL AWD moving from a frontier I love the frontier but just needed some more room and of course, the bells and whistles and he couldn’t have been more right. I also want to give some credit to Blake for spending so much time on the phone with me helping me to make the trip to Naples worthwhile from Cape Coral. Don’t just think because they’re in Naples that everything is more expensive. They are more than willing to work with you and your budget. More

I just bought my 2d Nissan Rogue! My salesman, Jalil, was wonderful. He was professional, funny (it takes a long time to buy a card), and put up with me on a hot Saturday (95 degree My salesman, Jalil, was wonderful. I purchased my 2016 Nissan Rogue from Naples Nissan on Pine Ridge Rd. in Naples Florida. They advertised that the vehicle came with a lifetime from Total Warrant Service. I trusted Naples Nissan to keep m Pine Ridge Rd. in Naples Florida. They advertised that the vehicle came with a lifetime from Total Warrant Service. I trusted Naples Nissan to keep me informed of any issue. Overtime I had put my copy of the warranty with some other papers and put them in my storage. So when my CVT transmission went out on 10/12/2023 I took it back to Naples Nissan to get it repaired. I was told the transmission was not covered, so I had to pay for it out of pocket $5711.66. When I was able to get into my storage and read through the warranty I saw the transmission was covered so I called Naples Nissan, they said for me to get the paperwork sent to them. Then I had to fight with them to turn it over to Total Warranty Service. I was told from Naples Nissan that Total Warranty Service would not pay, but I believe they should go by the Warranty. Total Warranty Service has denied my claim for reimbursement for my transmission that had to be replaced in my 2016 Nissan Rogue. Even though I have met all the requirements laid out in the Warranty.
