New 2015 Mazda 6, Tire Patch for 2015 Mazda 6 About 2 months ago I went to Naples Mazda to get a repair on my 2010 Mazda 3. While I was there I met with Michael and his manager and talked to them About 2 months ago I went to Naples Mazda to get a repair on my 2010 Mazda 3. While I was there I met with Michael and his manager and talked to them for a bit about possibly getting a new car. Michael and his manager were very polite, honest and Michael knew his Mazda lineup and cars on the lot like the back of his hand. He was patient as I am very picky about my cars. He let me take a few different models out for a test drive. I fell in love with a white Mazda 6. I was given a fair trade for my old Mazda 3 based on Kelly Blue Book, and Micheal and his manager got me into a new car with nothing out of pocket and a very reasonable monthly payment. Just a week after my purchase I hit a curb and got a flat tire. I took the car into the service department, my tire was fixed 20 mins and $40 later good as new. I would highly recommend 1. NIGHTMARE experience! Worst service experience in 40 years of dealing with automobile techs and service reps. Worn internal pieces on 2008 Mazda Tribute ignition required replacement. Quotes from (non-Mazda cert) independent techs were in the $250-$300 range inclusive of parts and labor. Yassir the Naples Mazda service tech (HORRIBLE) insisted 3 separate parts needed to be replaced - nearly $800!!! We even called Mazda in CA and they spoke to him. We approved the work and now have a vehicle that 1> AC and radio do not turn on 75+% of the time the vehicle is started 2> Gear is lodged in (P)ARK and will not budge 75+% of the time 3>Headlights and interior light flash on and off during attempt to start engine 75+ % of the time. >4 Very difficult to turn engine over - sputtering. $160 HOURLY SERVICE RATE and #1 they are clueless #2 they want you to come back so they can charge you even more to fix things that were not a problem until they were allowed access to the vehicle. ***** When we took the vehicle back with problems and confronted Yassir the tech with the equally useless service manager Eric Bento he was evasive and a wise-guy with a smirk and folded/crossed arms-clenched fists who seemed simultaneously nervous when questioned exactly what he did and amused (as in it was funny to him) -- There are many postings online about this dealer --- too bad we read about them afterward. Eric Bento claimed they were unreliable and untrue. Our experience proved otherwise. Now working with Mazda Corp and another Mazda dealer to correct their problems. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A DIME OF YOUR MONEY or A SECOND OF YOUR TIME. More
