Just had a really unpleasant experience at this dealership. Wanted to purchase a new cx5 and trade in 2028 Kia with 21000 miles. They offered $18000 on trade in and nearly full sticker on new car dealership. Wanted to purchase a new cx5 and trade in 2028 Kia with 21000 miles. They offered $18000 on trade in and nearly full sticker on new car. When told that car max offered over $22000 on trade in they denied the offer was for real. We walked out and drove directly to car max who this time offered $23800. This is Naples mentality that if you have to negotiate you don’t belong here. They had no interest in even coming close to what we offered. By the way I purchased nearly identical car in another state two weeks ago for $2000 less and received a trade in of $20000 for a the same model car and year with less features and about same mileage. I bought a 2017 cx5 (new). The service department has been terrible. 3 visits for same repair. No one ever answers the phone so it’s impossible to discuss an issue without driving over. I am writing this review to warn people of this shady dealership. As a former Mazda car salesman the car buying experience went ok at the dealership. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Mazda CX-5 GT. dealership. As a former Mazda car salesman the car buying experience went ok at the dealership. I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Mazda CX-5 GT. The vehicle had some cosmetic problems that I was ok with when purchasing. After I got the vehicle home I started noticing things, first one was on the next day the navigation screen had bubbles that were not there the day before. It looked as though they sanitized the vehicle and put the sanitizer on the screen and it took the antiglare off in certain parts of the screen. Luckily the Certified warranty took care of that when I took it to Ferman Mazda. The second thing I noticed was all the piano black interior trim had some sort of an interior dressing smeared on them. When I took the dressing off with a microfiber towel it revealed hidden damage. The plastic had scratches and by the gear shifter the plastic was oxidized. I wouldn't have been as upset about the trim pieces if they would'nt have covered them up. I know its a used vehicle and will have cosmetic problems from age. The biggest issue that was found when I took the car in to have an oil change done. Keep in mind I purchased the vehicle November 14th, I took it for the oil change on January 6th and to have the brakes looked at for a squeak. Being the vehicle is a CPO Mazda, the brakes and mechanical parts of the vehicle are suppose to be checked and corrected if there is a problem prior to being sold. I figured the brakes just needed to be cleaned, but what Ferman Mazda found was the rotors were very badly warped and rusted. They told me it should've been fixed before the vehicle was sold. Being a former Mazda salesman, I've never seen a CPO vehicle like this. So I was told by Ferman I should contact Naples and they should take care of it. When I called Naples Mazda the person who answered said a manager would contact me. I waited several hours with no phone call so I called my salesman there. He said they were investigating it and weren't going to do anything at this time for me. So I waited till the next day and never heard anything back so I contacted corporate Mazda. After several days of going back and forth Naples Mazda said they would not replace the rotors it was wear and tear on the vehicle. There is no way the rotors got warped and rusted that badly in a little over a month. Ferman Mazda even agreed with me about that. In the end, Mazda corporate gave me half the cost of repairs as a compensation on behalf of Naples Mazda since Naples Mazda refuse to do anything. More
