I've been buying and selling vehicles for over 30 years, first name basis with dealer owners up north, as well as a business owner and managing a staff of 30 at peak . You my friend are the epitome of the stereotypical car dealership GM, and that's being kind. Truth be told, you were the main catalyst for my decision not to pull the proverbial trigger yesterday on the BMW. In just the few minutes of observing your arrogance , and the fact that you are allowed to conduct your management style on a daily basis at someone else's business in such a manner of which surely breeds contempt, disfunction, and low morale throughout the ranks there is unsettling. Consumers need to be made aware of the insincerity, forged, and feigned ( phoney) customer service tactics, and obvious lack of having your customers best interests at the forefront of doing business. Your just looking for the quick buck, providing no flexibility which in the long term will affect you at some level . I will make it a point to steer as many potential buyers clear of you, and your dealership. Thank.you.for providing me.with the insight, so I can be sure I purchase my next two vehicles locally where the customer is not blatantly, and unremorsefully subjected to that style of sordid, and ungenuine behavior. worst experience we had. we bought with cash but they called me about additional fee. For sure we will NEVer buy car from this place. we promised so many things but it was lie, So So disapointed More

I had a great experience at Naples Mazda! Everyone at the dealership was great from the start. I had seen the car online and lived 3 hours away so I wanted to make sure the car was still there before I got t dealership was great from the start. I had seen the car online and lived 3 hours away so I wanted to make sure the car was still there before I got there and since I had time crunch due to work schedule, I wanted to see if things could be ready before I get there so that we can speed up the process. And indeed everything was ready and in order when I got there next morning. Arly the Sales Manager and Roy from Internet Sales were super helpful and they answered all my questions before I reached the dealership. They ensured that they give me the right information so that I don't spend unnecessary time in traveling there. Jacob our Sales guy was really helpful! He had the test drive setup and all the papers ready and in order to sign! He answered all the questions we had about the car and trade in process accurately and to our satisfaction. Really recommend working with him and everyone else at the dealership as well. Everyone was super helpful. More
