The car i wanted was in the lot, was told it was sold, the promised time for pickup was not accurate. The next day they dropped it off with the naples advantage deal.. the car was not detailed as promised the promised time for pickup was not accurate. The vin # wasnt etched on window as per the naples advantage deal, i did not receive my 3 bottles of car cleaner stuff, i know for a fact the headlight protective stuff wasnt done.. i looked at my car when it came back and their was bug splatter, i was given car back with no gas.. Was told to bring car back next week but i dont even want to waste my time for $30 in gas. Also im curious to where i make payments. I financed thru Mazda with excellent 771 credit and was given 8.5 apr which is horrible. I wish i could get credit for the 3k naples advantage. I was not happy at all with this place. More
